How much does a repair cost?
Pricing depends on construction, materials and the extent of the damage. We quote every job in person or from photos before any work begins, and we will never start additional work without your approval.
Can you repair designer and luxury footwear?
Yes. We regularly work on luxury dress shoes, designer heels and leather handbags, including colour-matched red sole protection and matched hardware replacement.
Do you offer mail-in or pick-up service?
We accept mailed-in repairs from anywhere in North Texas and beyond. Contact us first so we can confirm the job and give you shipping instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and common mobile payment apps. Payment is collected at pick-up once you have inspected the finished work.
Is my repair guaranteed?
Yes. Workmanship is guaranteed. If a repair fails under normal wear, bring it back and we will correct it at no charge.
